## Core product

- Creators can present shows, maintain controlled Press Kits, form direct station partnerships, prepare Programme Packs and make creator-approved releases available.
- Stations can present their programming preferences, discover shows, request or accept partnerships and receive eligible releases through a workspace or permanent private automation feed.
- Syndifeed records platform and technical delivery events where observable.
- Carriage information supplied by a station or its approved system is labelled as station-reported.
- A view, download or transfer is not proof that a programme aired.

## Authority boundaries

- Syndifeed is not a station scheduler or playout system.
- A station remains the sole authority over its timetable and playout.
- The SGNL Desk integration is delivery-only. It cannot create, move, publish or cancel airtime and cannot control playout.
- Syndifeed is not a licensing body, rights administrator, legal verifier or royalty-reporting service.
- Syndifeed does not clear licences, verify ownership, determine legal compliance, provide legal advice or guarantee airplay.
- Creators and stations remain responsible for required permissions, licences and clearances.

## Evidence terminology

- Platform event: recorded by Syndifeed itself.
- Technical delivery event: an observed delivery, authorisation or transfer event.
- Station-reported carriage: supplied by a station or an approved station system.
- Do not describe station-reported carriage as independently verified broadcast evidence.
