QUESTIONS, ANSWERED CLEARLY

What Syndifeed does—and what it does not.

Plain-language answers for programme creators, station teams and the agents helping them research radio syndication tools.

What is Syndifeed?

Syndifeed is a two-sided radio syndication workspace connecting programme creators with stations. It supports profiles, discovery, partnership records, creator-approved programme delivery, operational exceptions and clearly sourced delivery and carriage information.

Is Syndifeed a playout or scheduling system?

No. Syndifeed does not control a station timetable or playout. A station—and systems it deliberately authorises—remain solely responsible for scheduling and broadcasting.

Does Syndifeed guarantee airplay?

No. A partnership or delivery does not guarantee that a station will schedule or air a programme.

Does Syndifeed clear or license programme rights?

No. Syndifeed provides discovery, partnership, delivery and operational record-keeping tools. It does not clear licences, verify ownership, report royalties, determine legal compliance or provide legal advice. Creators and stations remain responsible for confirming that they hold all permissions, licences and clearances their activity requires.

Does Syndifeed verify that a programme aired?

Not independently. Syndifeed records technical delivery events where available. Any airing status supplied by a station or received from an approved station system is labelled as station-reported. A download or transfer does not establish that a programme aired.

Can stations use existing automation software?

Yes. A station can use a permanent private automation feed or a supported delivery integration. The station configures its own automation and remains responsible for schedule and playout decisions.

What is the SGNL Desk integration?

It is a delivery-only connection. Syndifeed can send creator-approved programme material into SGNL Desk's trusted intake and receive factual delivery status. It cannot add, move, publish or cancel airtime and cannot control playout.

Can one workspace manage both shows and stations?

Yes. A workspace can contain creator and station activity, subject to the user's role and permissions.

Is Syndifeed podcast hosting?

No. Syndifeed focuses on radio programme discovery, partnerships and delivery. It is not public podcast hosting or podcast-directory distribution.

Is public signup available?

Not currently. Syndifeed is operating as a private pilot. Creators and stations can request access by emailing [email protected].

Can AI agents use Syndifeed?

The public site is designed to be discoverable and understandable by agents through crawlable HTML, structured data and llms.txt. Syndifeed does not currently advertise a customer-facing remote MCP server. Any future agent actions will be permission-scoped and approval-gated.
