HOW IT WORKS

A clear owner at every handoff.

Syndifeed coordinates programme discovery, partnership records and delivery. Creators control their releases. Stations control acceptance, scheduling, playout and the carriage information they report.

STEP 01

Creators and stations describe themselves.

A creator publishes a show profile. A station publishes a Station Passport. Each side chooses the visibility of its information and supplies the practical details needed to assess fit.

STEP 02

Potential partners find one another.

Marketplace discovery uses declared facts such as format, duration, language and station preferences. Compatibility reasons remain visible so users can judge the fit themselves.

STEP 03

Both sides record the arrangement.

A station may request a show or a creator may invite a station. Questions, revisions, delivery preferences and the current accepted record stay together.

Syndifeed records operational information supplied by users. It does not provide legal advice or determine whether an arrangement is legally sufficient.

STEP 04

The creator prepares one approved release.

The Programme Pack can include the approved audio version, programme information, tracklist and supporting material. Availability, territory, replacement and withdrawal conditions are supplied by the creator.

STEP 05

Eligible stations receive the material.

Delivery can occur in the station workspace, through a permanent private automation feed or through the delivery-only SGNL Desk integration. Syndifeed does not place the programme into a station timetable.

STEP 06

The record says what happened—and who said it.

Platform and technical events are recorded when observable. A station may later report carriage directly or through an approved station system. Syndifeed does not independently monitor broadcasts, and it never converts a download into an airplay claim.
